We may automatically collect device type, operating system version, and app version to help us improve compatibility and fix issues.

We may use analytics services to understand app usage in aggregate (e.g., feature adoption, crash reports). These services do not identify you personally.

Children

Lumen is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new policy in the app or on our website and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
